Trail Description
Al-Hijra Walkway (Mamsha Al-Hijra) is one of the most popular outdoor walking trails in Madinah, offering a clean, landscaped space for fitness, leisure, and family activities. The walkway stretches through a residential district southwest of the Prophet’s Mosque and is designed as a continuous green corridor with shade trees, seating areas, and wide pathways suitable for walking, jogging, and cycling.
Two Sections Divided by a Main Road
The walkway is divided into two main sections, separated by a main road.
- Shorter Section (Western Segment)
- This is the smaller and more family-oriented part of the walkway.
- It features a popular bike and toy-car rental area, where children can ride small electric vehicles or pedal bikes.
